How Do I Sign Up For A Class?

View our schedules and register for classes online.

If you’re new to 105F, please create an online account in Wellness Living, where you can also sign up for classes. You’re welcome to walk in without a reservation (except for the 5:30p classes in our mezzanine studio at Lincoln Park), but please allow extra time to register and sign a waiver if it’s your first time. You can always change or cancel your reservations online through your account.

To book classes on the go, download the free 105F Yoga app! It’s available for both iPhone and Android

When Should I Arrive?

Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class starts so you can check in, ask questions, scope a spot in the hot room, and prepare your mind and body for class. Doors open 30 minutes before class and lock precisely at class time. There is no late-entry.

What Should I Wear?

We encourage you to wear breathable, light-weight workout attire (shorts, leggings, tank, sports bra), or whatever you’re comfortable moving and sweating in! We provide free lockers at all four studios for your personal items. Consider bringing a change of clothes and a drip-proof bag for wet items after class.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel (standard bath towel works great), and a water bottle. We have water filling stations and bottled water for purchase ($2). You can also rent a mat ($3) or towel ($2) when you arrive.  We provide free lockers at all four studios for your personal items.  Consider bringing a change of clothes and a drip-proof bag for wet items after class.

Where Should I Park?

If you are driving to our studios, ample metered parking spots await you along the streets.  You can also find some residential parking (without required permits) in our Andersonville, Lincoln Park and Wicker Park neighborhoods. Be sure to read the street signs for hours when permits are required! Our South Loop studio has a valet parking lot in the back (behind Dearborn Station) which is $4 per hour (cash only).

I’m Hooked… How Can I Become A Member?

Other Tips

We welcome all abilities and levels of experience at 105F! Remember to take your time, listen to your body, and allow yourself a break as needed. You’ll notice even our most experienced yogis occasionally sitting down as needed, taking a sip of water, or slowing down at times. If you feel overwhelmed or overheated, try sitting down, but stay in the hot room if possible. You’ll be used to the heat in no time!

The In-Studio Experience

Arrive 15-30 minutes before class to sign in, settle down, and begin to relax.

Please remove your shoes upon arrival. Build your barefoot balance and help us keep the studios clean.

The hot room is a sanctuary for quiet escape and meditation. Please talk, socialize, and use electronics in the lobby.

Tune in to the verbal cues from our instructors. Listen carefully and hear new insights during every class.

Acclimating to the heat might take several classes. At first, simply stay in the room to succeed, taking a short break to lie down if needed.

Arrive to class well-hydrated. We have filtered water stations available for your use or bottled water available for purchase in the studio.

Unplug and focus. Remember to mute your phone when you arrive. Leave your phone outside of the hot room.

A place for deep breathing, the yoga room should be free of strong odors. No perfume, please.
