26+2 & BEYOND: 

A PROGRESSIVE WORKSHOP WEEKEND

July 24th, 25th & 26th

This three-part progressive workshop series features a deep dive into the 26+2 original hot yoga beginners sequence, a next level intermediate session, and an arm balance inversion class.  This immersive experience will leave you feeling elevated, empowered & inspired — on & off the mat!

$45 per workshop (in advance) or $50 (at the door) OR $115 for ALL THREE workshops.

26+2 COMPREHENSIVE BEGINNERS CLASS

Take a deep dive into the 26+2 during this two-hour comprehensive class.  Gianna will guide you through the beginners original hot yoga series with additional time spent for detailed explanations & posture breakdowns.  You’ll gain insight into proper alignment, technique & purpose behind each pose – along with options for modifications.  Whether you’re new to the 26+2 or have been practicing this series for years, this workshop will strengthen your foundation & expand your perspective.

NEXT LEVEL INTERMEDIATE CLASS

Building on the 26+2 beginners sequence, this dynamic 90-minute intermediate class introduces postures that bridge the gap between beginners & advanced practices.  Gianna will draw from multiple yoga lineages to craft a sequence that varies each time, blending traditional hot yoga roots with creative movement & deeper expression.  You’ll explore transitions, strength-building holds & expanded shapes that challenge balance, focus & flexibility.  You’ll be prepped & ready for the arm balance inversion class!

ARM BALANCE INVERSION CLASS

This all-levels arm balance workshop is designed for anyone curious about building a relationship with inversions.  Gianna will guide you through the foundational skills needed to go upside down – whether you’re working toward handstands, forearm stands, or simply gaining confidence bearing weight on your hands.  During this non-heated class, we’ll break down key techniques, including strength, alignment & body awareness & explore variations that support your journey at every stage & expression of each pose.

ABOUT GIANNA

 
Gianna is an international yoga teacher, traveling around the world leading workshops, trainings, and retreats.  As a broken gymnast, her first passion was healing her herniations and intense joint pain.  As an asana champion, her passion was training and discovering different modalities and techniques to help her achieve different shapes and perspectives.  As a motorcycle accident survivor, her passion was living and integrating yoga into every aspect of her being no matter the present life state.  As a yogini devoted to practice, her passion is to share yoga as an adaptogen; a healing modality willing to meet you where you are.  
 
Gianna is a USA National Asana Champion, a Bikram Yoga Certified Teacher, an Ashtanga/Vinyasa E-RYT 500 Hour Certified Teacher, and continued education provider.  With nearly two decades of coaching and teaching experience, she teaches asana, pranayama, and meditation practices rooted in holistic movement, hatha yoga, and ashtanga yoga in light of her teachers David Swenson, Emmy Cleaves, Mary Jarvis, Swami Satchidananda, and Lord Shiva.  

Gianna runs 105F’s 26+2 Hot Yoga Teacher Trainings (next program is July 17th-August 14th, 2027 at D’Alijo Retreat Center in Northern Portugal). She started the Siddhi School of Yoga, is a certified mortality educator/doula, and is an Ayurvedic Medicine consultant.
