We will go wine tasting in the beautiful Douro Valley. We will enjoy a night of traditional Portuguese Fado music. And please remember, everything is optional… this is your vacation! We will have a full schedule of classes, activities, and excursions lined up but we encourage you to do as much or as little as you’d like…. relaxing by D’Alijo’s onsite pool with a juice or smoothie in hand, taking a hike in nature around the beautiful grounds, or treating yourself to a relaxing massage or healing treatment sounds like a pretty perfect afternoon too!
