105F Lincoln Park (2736A N. Clark Street)
Please pre-register for this class with your donation amount. Suggested donation $25 (but any amount is welcome).
Join Stacy for a special edition of 26+TUNES — a donation-based hot yoga class with live music by Paul Bolger and Mark Hague of Mr. Blotto to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society.
Since 2012, Stacy has used the 26+2 series as her most powerful tool for managing the symptoms of MS. When chronic neuropathy recently affected the sensation in her hands, music — especially live music — emerged as another deeply healing force in her life. So it’s no surprise that because of the combination of music and movement, 26+TUNES has become her favorite class. Her superpower in the face of chronic illness.
While there won’t be any verbal instruction during class, each posture is performed twice, making it welcoming to both new and experienced yogis. Come breathe, move, and be inspired!
100% of the funds raised from this class will go directly to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Your donations help advance the care, support, and research efforts to help ensure people affected by MS (like Stacy) can live their best lives.
Please be sure to pre-register for this class with your donation amount (suggested donation is $25 but any amount is welcome). If you cannot attend this class, you may still donate! Just pop by the front desk at any of our four locations or sign up for class online with your donation amount. Together, we’ll help Namaste the disease away!
