What’s Included?
- 4 days/3 nights of accommodation at Ser CasaSandra – the island’s premier boutique hotel.
- Transfer from Puerto Morelos to Holbox (this includes a 2 hour shuttle to/from Chiquila Ferry Port, 20 minute ferry to/from Holbox, golf cart to/from Ser CasaSandra), and transfer from Chiquila Ferry Port to Cancun International Airport (CUN). See below for more logistical details and please discuss travel arrangements with Kiley (105F’s Retreat Director) before booking.
- Daily yoga, pilates, and meditation classes at Ser CasaSandra’s outdoor poolside yoga shala or on the gorgeous white sandy Holbox beach.
- Live sound journey experience guided by Ser CasaSandra’s talented healers.
- Breakfast every morning (fruit, eggs/omelette, yogurt, assorted breads/jam, coffee, juice).
- Two gourmet dinners including a traditional Mexican welcome dinner on the first retreat night and a family style meal on the last retreat night at Ser CasaSandra’s world class restaurant Ser Esencia.
- Unlimited fresh drinking water, yoga mats, and yoga towels.
- Bikes to explore the island.
- Optional day trips and excursions including fishing/snorkeling/wildlife watching at Cabo Catoche and a tequila tasting (extra fee).

Activities and Excursions
In between our yoga, pilates, and meditation classes you will have the opportunity to explore everything that Isla Holbox has to offer.
Take a long walk to Punta Mosquito Beach (if you’re lucky you’ll see pink flamingos!), stay up late and check out the bioluminescence waters, jump on a bicycle and explore the island, or snorkel and fish the pristine waters of Cabo Catoche. We will also organize a fun-filled tequila tasting for all of the tequila lovers on the trip!
And remember, this is your vacation! We will have a full schedule organized for you but we encourage you to do as much or as little as you’d like. Relaxing by Ser CasaSandra’s pool or at the beach club with a mojito or coconut in hand or treating yourself to a blissful massage sounds like a pretty perfect afternoon too!
