Activities and Excursions
In between our yoga, pilates, and meditation classes, we will explore EVERYTHING that Bali has to offer. We will take group trips to several temples and visit the stunning terraced rice fields. We will enjoy the Kecak Fire Dance — a world-renowned performance from Balinese dancers. We will learn to make traditional Balinese cuisine with an onsite cooking class. We will hike to one of Bali’s most gorgeous waterfalls! Other activities and excursions you may want to partake in include visiting the Sacred Monkey Forest, exploring Ubud’s markets, or going snorkeling or diving in the crystal blue waters off Menjangan Island. And please remember, everything is optional… this is your vacation! We will have a full schedule of classes, activities, and excursions lined up but we encourage you to do as much or as little as you’d like…. relaxing by the pool or the beach with a coconut in hand sounds like a pretty perfect afternoon too!
You will fly in and out of Ngurah Rai / Denpasar International Airport (DPS). When booking your flights, please aim to land during the morning / early afternoon on Friday, March 14 and depart in late in the evening on Friday, March 21 or Tuesday, March 25 (depending on which retreat option you choose). 105F will arrange and coordinate your airport pick up and drop off once you land in Bali.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. Remainder of balance is due 60 days before the retreat starts (on or before January 14).

HERE is some additional health information from the CDC on the topic that you may find helpful.
