Using The Yoga Sutras 3:  1-3 as a guiding framework, you will explore the final three internal limbs of yoga:  dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (absorption).  These practices offer a pathway toward greater awareness and integration.

The workshop will unfold through each of these three sutras, with a pranayama practice, a journaling exercise, an asana practice, and a meditation connected to each one.  Together, these practices will invite you to move your body to build concentration and focus while turning inward to quiet the mind, awaken subtle energy, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and connection.

This is an opportunity to experience yoga beyond the physical practice and explore what becomes possible when we create space for stillness and focused awareness.

Start the New Year feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected with a clear intention of where you’re aiming.

This is a non-heated workshop.  Wear lightweight, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a journal/notebook, and a pen/pencil.  All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
