This 3-day training will teach you to lead a 60-minute Inferno Hot Pilates Class. You will learn pilates principles, sequences, signature moves, and how to become an effective instructor.

There are no pre-requisites for this training.

This training is designed to teach anyone who has an open mind, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to make a difference. Having a fitness background with experience teaching group classes is encouraged, but not required. Regarding physical ability, we ask that everyone who teaches this class is able to complete a full class regularly and able to consistently demonstrate proper form and alignment.

About The Training

Master Teacher Gabi Walters joins us in Chicago this spring to lead Level 1 Inferno Hot Pilates Teacher Training at our 105F Lincoln Park studio. Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out using Pilates principles. It is designed for all fit­ness lev­els, and it is one of the fastest grow­ing fit­ness classes around the world.

Since training will be held at our Lincoln Park studio, we recommend staying close in the Lincoln Park or Lakeview neighborhoods for an easy commute.

About Gabi Walters

Gabriella Wal­ters is the founder of Inferno Hot Pilates — the first ded­i­cated Hot Pilates stu­dio in Las Vegas. Orig­i­nally from Budapest, Hun­gary, Gabi grew up as an accom­plished ath­lete, com­pet­ing at a high level in Track and Field. She moved to the US in 2002 and became involved in a fitness competition. After suf­fer­ing from a severe knee injury, Gabi dis­cov­ered Med­i­ta­tion, Yoga, and Pilates.

In 2008, Gabi’s spir­i­tual jour­ney took her to India, where she learned Deek­sha (One­ness Bless­ing). After months of prayer and med­i­ta­tion on the other side of the globe, Gabi came home to Las Vegas and real­ized that she wanted to make a dif­fer­ence in the world and in other people’s lives.

Chan­nel­ing her desire to help oth­ers with her love of fit­ness, Gabi became a Hatha Yoga Instruc­tor cer­ti­fied in Power Yoga (Bryan Kest). In 2010, she became cer­ti­fied in Pilates through Bal­anced Body Uni­ver­sity (Jes­sica Abed-Rabbo). In 2012, Gabi started Inferno Pilates — the first ded­i­cated Hot Pilates stu­dio in Las Vegas.
