SUMMER MEDITATION CAMP

This August has five Sundays. Turn them into five Fundays by attending a series of 60-minute remote livestream workshops that introduce and explore meditative dimensions.

SUMMER MEDITATION CAMP THEMATIC WORKSHOPS:

Sunday, August 2nd: Escape the Busy Busy
Sunday, August 9th: Sing the Body Electric
Sunday, August 16th: Watch Waves Wash In & Out
Sunday, August 23rd: Up the Sitch with Opposites
Sunday, August 30th: Witness You Witnessing Infinity

No experience necessary! Camp counselor John Marcoux is ready to teach and guide total beginners through the wilderness of the mind and toward scenic overlooks of forgotten or obscured natural vistas within.

THE FORMAT OF EACH SUNDAY AFTERNOON LOOKS LIKE THIS:

Noon - 1:20pm: Smart 60 Yoga Class + Nidra Meditation
1:20pm - 1:30pm: Short Break
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Workshop with a Thematic Meditation

Although the opening Smart60 + Nidra Meditation is not mandatory for attending the workshop, attendees are urged to either take it or engage in some equivalent vigorous physical exertion immediately before the workshop. Firing up the physical you is the best way to prepare for the meditative you.

HOW DO I PURCHASE THE MEDITATION WORKSHOPS?

These will run from 1:30pm - 2:30pm every Sunday in August. Dive deep and purchase all 5 for $59 or dip your toes in and purchase any number of single session workshops for $15 each (when booking single sessions, you'll have the opportunity to select which specific date(s) you would like to attend):

HOW DO I PURCHASE THE SMART 60 + NIDRA MEDITATIONS?

These will run from Noon - 1:20pm before each meditation workshop and are recommended to prep the body and mind for what's to follow. Go the a la carte route and purchase a remote livestream single session Smart 60 + Nidra meditation for $12 or keep a couple extra bucks stored in your summer piggy bank and grab a 5-pack for $49.

Already have an active remote livestream plan or package? Sweet! You may use it to register for any or all of the Smart 60 + Nidra Meditations! Be sure to book yourself into whichever specific remote livestreams you wish to attend as you normally would.
