Kate Dugan-Benlarbi


Kate Dugan-Benlarbi has been practicing and teaching Bikram yoga for seven years. She fell in love with the yoga on her first class, and still loves the way each and every class makes her feel.  She is grateful for the physical benefits and stress management, especially being the mom of two young children!  Watching her students practice affords her a constant stream of helpful information.
