Ashley trained with Sarah Powers for Yin Yang Yoga and Mindful Meditation in 2014 (100 hr). Prior to that, she was introduced to Yin Yoga with Paulie Zine in 2013 (50 hr).

Charles Paddock

In 2013 Charles became the student of Yogi Amrit Desai and the Amrit Yoga Institute where he has and continues to study Hatha Yoga (200 hr), Yoga Nidra, and Advanced Nidra (150hr).
