Jim Nacht


Jim believes that everyone can live a healthy and happy life. He began practicing Bikram yoga while living in New York City 2001.  It wasn't love at first sight--he struggled with quieting his mind, the heat, and the staying-still part. Jim gave Bikram Yoga another shot the following winter when the heat and hot water went out in his NYC apartment.  He hasn't looked back. At the time, long stressful hours as a CPA created neck and shoulder pain that hot yoga relieved.  Jim evolved his yoga practice and finally decided to attend Teacher Training in Las Vegas in 2010.  He strongly believes that hot yoga is an ideal way to relieve stress and nurture the body.
