Thai Yoga Partner Bodywork Workshop

Celebrate the start of Summer by feeling healthy, happy, and full of energy!

With so much stress coming at us from all different directions – wouldn’t it be nice if we could at least keep our aches and pains to a minimum? This workshop will be tailored specifically to you, your body, and your needs. Learn techniques to elevate your yoga practice, feel great from day to day, and remain injury free as we head into the busy Summer months!  Whether at work, yoga, or play… we want to help you to feel your best so you can keep doing what you love to do. Bring a partner or come solo and we will pair you up.

When: Saturday, June 23rd from 2-4pm

Price: $75 per couple or $40 per person

(early bird rate, through May 31st)

$85 per couple or $45 per person

(regular rate, after May 31st)

This Workshop will feature two parts: a self-care segment focusing on specific body parts (for example:  neck/upper back, lower back/hips/core, thigh/hamstring/knee, ankle/foot, elbow/wrist, shoulder/elbow) and a partner segment where you will learn some simple basic Thai Yoga Bodywork tools and techniques that you can take with you to use on yourself or someone you care about for some needed TLC!

BRING:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, and a pillow.
